Cancellation
We do not accept the cancellation of orders 24 hours after the order is placed.
Returns & Refund
We accept returns within 24 hours after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
If your return request is approved, we will provide the return address.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged one, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Proper photo and/or video evidence must be provided so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Package Lost
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing the order.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
